What does one licence cover?

One server, and everything you run on it. There is no site allowance and no per-site charge — host as many sites and applications as the server can carry.

What do I get in Enterprise that Pro doesn’t have?

No extra features — Pro already includes the whole product. Enterprise covers volume licensing across many servers, invoicing and purchase orders, priority support with agreed response times, security-review support and bespoke contract terms.

I run several servers. How does that work?

One licence per server. Set the quantity in checkout, and each server activates against your subscription; you can move a licence between servers from the portal.

Is auraPanel limited to certain kinds of sites?

No. It provisions WordPress, PHP, Node.js, Python, static and reverse-proxy sites, plus Docker Compose stacks, and ships a growing application catalogue — WordPress, WooCommerce, Moodle, Drupal, Nextcloud, Gitea, Laravel and more install in a click; others are preconfigured for you to scaffold. Each site gets a tuned nginx configuration and its own isolated Linux user.

Is there a difference between monthly and annual?

Only the price. Annual billing works out at $20.83 per server per month instead of $24.95 — around 17% less. The product is identical.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Is my data private on a self-hosted panel?

The panel runs entirely on your server and sends no usage telemetry. Outbound connections happen when you act (updates, certificates) and to validate your subscription — never your sites’ content. Full detail on the security page.

The 30-day trial exists so you evaluate before paying. If a charge is ever wrong, contact us and we’ll put it right.
